I was asking A the other day what sounds the animals we where putting away made. As we picked up a dinosaur I asked her what sound it made. She looked puzzled and then said, "Baa?, Moo?" She now knows it says "Roar!"
If you ask A if she loves someone. She'll say their name, pause, and say "Yeees"
One day A was looking at her socks and said, "Hi socks!"
If she is in her highchair she says "I'm Stuck" or if she's trying to open a door she says "It's stuck"

A's Favorite Food
Tuesday my knee was hurting and I could barely walk on it so I decided to make A hotdogs for dinner since it was easy. She ate one and says, "Hotdog?". I fix her one more and and again she asks, "Hotdog?" So I fixed her one more and she ate a little over half of that one.
Wednesday I got home late from work so I fixed her a couple hotdogs so she could eat before church. She had both hotdogs in her little mouth. She was cute, but she gagged on them so I had to take one away till she finished the other. Then she ate some leftover mac'n cheese.
Thursday N had fixed hambuger helper for dinner before he left for work so all I had to do was reheat it. We walked in the door and A walks over to the fridge and says, "Hotdog!" I said, "No, Daddy made us hambuger helper." "Helper?" she replies. I heated some for her and gave it to her and she says, "Hotdog!" I told her it was helper and she needed to eat it. She did and then helped me finish up the rest of the helper.

A update
A is growing so fast. Hard to believe in 4 months she'll be two. Where did the time go? She is starting to say full sentences and she repeats whatever you say.
She loves stickers and this is the best way to keep her quite and entertained during church. She also loves books, we read one about every night. She has a basket of them on the back of the couch and she'll sit there, pull a bunch out, and just look at them.
She now weighs over 20 pounds so we can now let her face forward. I just have to clean up the carseats that I have been given. I've been given 3 carseats, but one of them is supposed to be 30 pounds. It may be a couple more months before she can use that one.

Oi!
I have been so neglect at doing this blog thing. I'm going to try to do better. It's been four months since I've been on and so much has happened. I'll share some of the highlights.
I finally got a camcorder on Black Friday (now I need to find the missing software to figure out how to use it). In December my parents surprized me with a visit from them the week of my birthday.
In January we purchased a 2007 Kia Rondo that my loving Aunt S. found for us. (Thank you Aunt S!) A had tubes put in her ears. She did very well, she cried and cried for the longest time right after the surgery. I took her from the nurse and she was so mad and hurt so bad. The nurse gave her tylenol and told us to give her motrin as soon as we got home. She fell asleep on the way home, but woke up and cried some more until her Aunt S. was able to rock her to sleep. That night you would have never known she'd had surgery that morning.
So far this month has been pretty quite. It's snowed twice, but it's gone already. A didn't get to play in this last snow, which was the best, because she was sick. My dh N, gave me a frog for Valentine's Day and I made dinner for him and his parents, brother, and sister.

The Cow says: "Moo"
Tonight I was reading A a book and I asked her what the cow said. At first she said "Woof, Woof" but when I told her the cow says Moo she kept saying Moo over and over. She would crinkle up her nose and shut her eyes tight and say "Moo" real loud. I have to get me a camcorder soon.

Bed Please!
Thursday night A was wanting something and I asked if she wanted a drink. She pushed it away, then pushed the food I offered away. I asked her if she wanted to go to bed and she signed "please." I got her ready, put her in her crib, said her prayers and goodnight, and walked out of the room. Moments later she was asleep. I never thought that A would ask me to put her to bed.
